Terms & Conditions

We appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity to support you with outstanding professional quality, you must read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you (THE CLIENT) understand everything. Once you have accepted a quotation and made payment, you are agreeing to the below T&Cs:

  • Deposit payment is made upfront before services can commence.
  • All time is tracked and reported on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, when the time on your package is finished, the work is stopped until a new package has been paid and started.
  • Time reporting is at the sole interpretation of Virtupai, time taken is recorded as stated.
  • Should you require me to make any calls on your behalf, We would recommend that you provide us with access to a VoIP phone or another phone account (such as Skype with credit to make calls), so that we can carry out the required work as this is not covered in your package.
  • No work will be done overtime, weekends, or on US Bank holidays (Some South African public holidays as indicated). If this is the case for emergencies the hourly rate will be doubled and agreed upon beforehand.
  • Package hours expire at a rate of 5 unused hours per month, this will begin 3 months after the package was purchased. Subject to alternative written agreement to extend the package.
  • If you would like to terminate our services, written consent must be provided. Remaining package hours will be forfeited with immediate effect.
  • Should you have a written agreement to pay in the arrears for work by a certain date, there is a penalty charge for any late payments of $20. This would only apply if you have signed a contract for recurring monthly hours that stipulate that payment is due on the 25th of every month.
  • You can request a contract for a monthly amount of hours you would like, the higher your monthly hours the more discounted rates you will receive. This is to be agreed in writing and subject to the standard terms and conditions.
  • Please note once your package is completed there is no guarantees that I will have those hours available should you wish to renew your hours.
  • You may not use our services to arrange or carry on any illegal or immoral activity.
  • You hereby agree that any data is shared entirely at your risk, all will be carried out to ensure confidentiality and data security of client’s information.
  • From January 2025, hour prices will increase with inflation yearly.
  • T&C’s are subject to change.
